John Lee

John Lee is a well known and respected international speaker, author and mentor in internet marketing, entrepreneurship and property investment in the UK. Having shared the stage with world class entrepreneurs such as Richard Branson, Sir Alan Sugar, Tony Robbins and T Harv Eker. He is recognised for his vibrant, “get-up-and-go” energy at his events and seminars. John has not always had life easy. He came from very humble beginnings where he used to wash dishes ten hours a day in his parents’ Chinese takeaway. Eventually, he obtained a first-class honours degree in computer animation and went on to become one of the top animators working for Framestore famous for films as Harry Potter, Despereaux, and X Men.

After five years, John quit the film industry. He decided to combine his technical skills with his in-depth understanding of internet marketing to source property deals and build income-producing assets. Within three years, he managed to build a multi-million pound property portfolio which allowed him to fulfil his dreams of becoming financially free, providing for his family, giving back and owning a Lamborghini, a motivation since his childhood.

Vincent Wong

Vincent is the co-author of Step-by-Step Guide to Lease Options, the number one best seller on Amazon and the first booked ever published in the UK teaching people how to invest in property with no deposit. His new book Property Millionaire Secrets is due to be released this year.

He co-founded his company Wealth Dragons with his business partner John Lee. Known as “Wealth Dragons”, Vincent and John have taught thousands of people in twelve different countries how to invest in property using little or no money down. Vincent was a speaker at Never Work Again in 2010 Singapore giving tremendous value to over 500 enthusiastic delegates.

Vincent began his career as a pharmacist, an achievement his parents were immensely proud of. But when he decided to give up his profession to go into business, there was fierce opposition, especially from his father. His relationship with his father further deteriorated when Vincent failed in an internet based business venture despite gaining an MBA from a top business school. Eventually Vincent found his niche in property investing.  By utilising his skills gained from his failed business, he generated over 50,000 enquiries from distressed sellers who needed to sell their properties quickly.  This has allowed him to do over 300 property deals for himself and joint venture partners and helped thousands of other investors buy bargain properties, making him one of the most respected investors and mentors in the UK property market.
